The inaugural Jing'an Music Festival, an evolution of the renowned "JZ Spring" Jazz Festival, will be staged from April 30 to May 5.

The festival features a diverse lineup of influential musicians from around the world, including renowned Chinese singer Du Dewei, Grammy-winning artist Saunders Sernons, and Chinese power group Ajitai, among others.

This year's festival will take place in Jing'an Park. All performances will be accessible through a single online booking system. The reservation channel will open on April 24 at 8 pm.

Due to limited venue capacity, reservations will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to enhance the viewing experience and ensure concert safety.

Special Reminders:

1. For the opening performance on April 30, those who have reservations will receive a system confirmation SMS on April 28-29. Admission credentials will be based on this system SMS. Please save the system SMS properly, as screenshots and forwarding will be considered invalid. Verification of the SMS and identity information will be required upon entering the concert.

2. For those who have booked performances on May 1-3, please confirm the success of your booking in the "My Events" mini-program. The QR code will be verified by staff upon entry and will be issued 60 minutes before the start of the reserved performance.

Note: The QR code refreshes every 10 seconds, and screenshots are invalid.

3. Each account can reserve multiple performances, with only one ticket available for each performance. Furthermore, each ticket can only be used by the person who made the reservation.

Online Reservation Procedure

1. After scanning the QR code, select the performance and click "预约报名" (Reservation). If your account has not been authenticated, you will be prompted to complete the authentication process by filling in the required information. Click "确定" (Yes) to save it.

2. Select the type of document (ID card/passport/Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Travel Permit), fill in the corresponding information, then click "保存" (Save) to complete the authentication.

3. Once on the event registration page, click "预约报名" (Registration) and confirm the booking in the pop-up window.

4. To reserve a performance and select the viewing venue, click "查看详情" (View details).

5. To view registered activities, go to "我的" (My) and "我的活动" (My activities) to access event information.
