According to Sezto Man-chung, the founder of the mall, curated retail differs from traditional retail in that it emphasises the integration of content, space and products rather than merely selling goods.

The mall consists of three types of exhibition spaces: public, commercial retail and themed. Each space displays various aspects of art, culture and lifestyle, such as digital art, sustainable fashion, urban design and cross-border collaboration.
