Each year, races are organized across China, culminating in the top four universities from each race competing in the finals in Shanghai.
The relay aims to host competitive races, nurture exceptional student athletes, promote university sports culture, leverage the city's broadcasting influence, enhance the event's brand appeal, ignite nationwide running enthusiasm, and become a focal point of national interest.
