Set to run until July 28, the exhibition presents a visual feast that integrates traditional and contemporary aesthetics, infusing familiar art forms with new vitality.
Among the exhibits is a copper sculpture created by the French artist Pierre Alivon, which has attracted many viewers with its exquisite craftsmanship and profound meaning. This piece shows a terra-cotta warrior entangled with a Chinese dragon. The bottom of the statue gradually evolves into a giant tree, representing how the Chinese survive and thrive from starting small and grounded to ultimately reaching great heights and expanses.

Attendees can not only get a glimpse of Jiading's unique culture, but also create handicrafts by themselves. Guided by staff members, visitors can learn the skills for movable type printing, weaving and making their own moon-shaped fans.
