Jinshan showcases national farmers' paintings

Jinshan district is hosting the National Exhibition of Fine Farmer Painting from September to December, showcasing over 100 exceptional pieces of modern folk art created by rural artists from across the country. Residents and tourists can enjoy a rich cultural experience through a series of exhibitions.

Schedule:

  • Sept 16 – Oct 15: Jinshan Museum at No 1800 Jinshan Avenue
  • Oct 18 – Nov 16: Jinshan Cultural Centre at No 280 North Mengshan Road
  • Nov 18 – Dec 17: Shanghai Seaside Park at No 16 Xincheng Road

In addition to these main exhibitions, selected artworks are touring 16 locations across the district.

The event also offers a range of public education activities, including expert-led art tours and hands-on painting workshops, all designed to explore the enchanting allure of farmers' art.
