The Cottage Bar

Located at No 439 Wukang Road in Shanghai's Xuhui district, The Cottage Bar is the city's first vintage coffee shop and bar. During the day, it serves coffee, and at night, it offers a selection of wines. The bar's denim and leather goods studio showcases interesting old items, creating an immersive experience of old Shanghai. The wines at The Cottage Bar are themed according to the 24 solar terms, and the bar features refurbished furniture from traditional houses, adding to its vintage charm.

Situated on Changle Road, 624Changle is a casual bar known for its craft beer. The bar's walls are adorned with Polaroid pictures that capture memorable moments and create a relaxed drinking atmosphere. It's a great place to enjoy beers with friends.

The Captain

Hidden along the Bund, The Captain is a bar and restaurant offering a wide selection of cuisine from around the world. With a focus on high-quality ingredients, beers, and spirits, it provides a relaxing atmosphere. It has an expansive terrace overlooking the river. The Captain serves weekend brunch and hosts personalised events, making it a versatile destination.

Sober Company

Recognised as the "Best Bar on the Chinese Mainland 2022", Sober Company draws inspiration from Japanese-style wine shops. It offers a curated selection of cocktails, showcasing the flavours of various regions in Japan. Divided into four sections – Kissa, Izakaya, Sakaba and Tipsy – Sober Company provides a unique experience. From appetiser cocktails to delectable snacks and fusion cuisine, it caters to different tastes and preferences.

United Valley

Located in Shanghai's Huangpu district, United Valley is comprised of three historical buildings that host a variety of establishments. Among them, Encounter stands out for its elegant and private atmosphere, renowned for its Japanese-style cocktails. Ounce is known for its extensive whisky collection and craft cocktails, and its soothing ambiance. Perfume by Ounce specialises in cocktails inspired by worn fragrances and features a selection of rare gins from around the world.
