The library accommodates a collection of up to one million books and offers nearly 600 seats for patrons.

Visitors can explore various facilities including exhibition halls, children's libraries, book borrowing rooms, specialized literature reading rooms, study areas and newspaper reading sections, all accessible to the public.

Building upon its original circular layout, the library features a unique concentric bookshelf design, creating an immersive reading environment known as the "Circular Sea of Books".
