In order to further enhance the business environment in Shanghai and improve the facilitation of immovable property registration, the "All-in-One Online" section for immovable property registration on the "International Services Shanghai" platform has been updated starting September 11, 2024. High-frequency immovable property registration matters will gradually transition to whole-process online handling. For services available online, applicants do not need to visit the immovable property registration hall. They can handle immovable property registration through the International Services Shanghai platform as required. This allows them to submit required documents, check application status, pay taxes and fees, and receive electronic immovable property certificates, with the whole process handled online. Currently, the "Whole-Process Online Handling" services for immovable property registration are only available through the PC version of the International Services Shanghai platform. Additional channels and services will be gradually launched, and relevant updates will be promptly shared via the "Shanghai Planning and Resources" WeChat official account and other platforms.
