On-site support for CIIE
Editor's note: As the 7th China International Import Expo approaches, the International Services Shanghai presents a special column, CIIE at Your Service. This series offers practical guides to enhance your CIIE experience, covering everything from event registration and customs clearance to payment solutions and dining options. This seventh installation focuses on on-site support for participants.
To ensure all participants enjoy a smooth and seamless experience at CIIE, here's a rundown of key services available on-site at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai).
1. Lost and Found---Reuniting you with your belongings.
Lost something? The Lost and Found service, available throughout the venue, is here to help. If you've misplaced an item, simply visit the nearest information desk where staff can assist in locating it. Found an item? You can drop it at any information desk, where it will be securely stored until reclaimed by its owner.
2. Postal services---Send your CIIE memories home.
Whether you are mailing postcards, purchasing stamps, or shipping larger parcels, the postal services make it easy to share your CIIE experience with loved ones or have items delivered straight to your door.
3. First aid and fire safety---Your safety comes first.
Health and safety are top priorities at CIIE. First aid stations, located throughout the National Exhibition and Convention Center, are fully equipped to handle minor injuries and medical concerns, offering quick assistance so you can get back to enjoying the expo.
Fire safety is also a key focus, with fire extinguishers and equipment strategically placed across the venue. Trained personnel are always on hand to respond swiftly in the event of a fire emergency.
