STERIS, a global leader in infection prevention registered in Ireland, is participating in the China International Import Expo in Shanghai for its fifth time. The company is highlighting its latest innovations in sterilization and infection control, including its locally manufactured V-PRO maX2 low-temperature hydrogen peroxide sterilizer.

In recent years, STERIS has strengthened its presence in China. The company's China headquarters was set up in Shanghai's Putuo district in 2022, and a local production facility was completed in April 2024, supporting its "Made in China, world-class quality" strategy.

At this year's expo, STERIS emphasizes its core infection control solutions by showcasing integrated systems for central sterile supply and endoscopy centers. The company has consistently participated in CIIE's medical section since 2021, highlighting its dedicated focus on the Chinese market.

STERIS products, such as the Chamber Washer-Disinfector and V-PRO sterilizer, have demonstrated strong market success in China. More than 200 V-PRO units and 1,000 automated endoscope reprocessors are installed across the country, enhancing safer and more efficient medical care.
