Q:

My husband has a B-type residence permit for overseas talent. I'm a full-time housewife and my household registration is not in Shanghai. Am I eligible for basic medical insurance for Shanghai residents?

The residence permit for overseas talent is divided into a master permit and an accompanying permit.
