The first phase exudes a holiday charm with a blue pool building, foreign-style houses, and popular spots like Tsutaya Bookstore and the poolside Lambach restaurant. The new phase offers an urban oasis with greenery and concrete structures, hosting events like markets and concerts. More than 300 underground parking spaces are being added as well.
