Shanghai to host international electronic music festival
The inaugural Shanghai International Electronic Music Festival, also known as the Budweiser Storm Electronic Music Festival, is set to electrify audiences on Oct 2 and 3 at the Shanghai International Circuit in the city's Jiading district.
The festival's organizers say it promises to be an unforgettable experience with three distinct themed stages showcasing the skills of over 20 internationally acclaimed DJs including the likes of Hardwell, DJ Snake, Sebastian Ingrosso, Mesto, and Don Diablo.
The scintillating lighting and stage designs, immersive audiovisual experiences, fireworks lighting up the night sky, and the throbbing sight of revelers losing themselves in electronic dreamland are expected to combine to create the perfect storm for unforgettable memories.
Music enthusiasts can expect an immersive two-day extravaganza filled with pulsating beats and dynamic performances.
The festival is one of the seven benchmark events of the first Shanghai Summer International Consumption Season, put together by Shanghai in its effort to promote the construction of an international shopping and first-class retail city.
