The legendary musical show Chicago will take the stage at the Shanghai Poly Grand Theatre from April 24 to 27.

First brought to Broadway in New York by the musical supremo Bob Fosse in 1975, Chicago boasts a performance history spanning over four decades.

Having been performed more than 35,000 times globally, the musical has captivated over 34 million audience members across 38 countries and regions, establishing it as the longest-running American musical in the history of Broadway.

The iconic song All That Jazz has been translated into 13 languages and performed over 715,000 times.

Chicago sets its vibrant and seductive tone through rich jazz music. The composer weaves melodies that evoke the enchanting nightlife of the city of Chicago, transporting the audience to an era brimming with desire and challenges.
