In a fresh twist, the British brass ensemble Septura brings this masterpiece to life with arrangements by Matthew Knight and Simon Cox. The performance highlights the full expressive range of brass instruments, offering a unique dimension to Tchaikovsky's orchestral score.
Adding to the evening's allure, the Dec 31 performance will feature narration by the esteemed British actor Derek Jacobi. Known for his compelling roles in works such as The King's Speech, Jacobi will guide audiences through the story's enchanting narrative, enhancing the theatrical experience.
