Foreign citizens can use their permanent resident ID card – if any – or their passport number for real-name registration, with English names being supported. Please bring your original documents with you when you come to the venue after making a reservation.

After a successful order, promptly check your card details in "MicroStore (微商城)" → "My Account (我的账户)" → "My Orders (我的订单)" → "Order Details Page (订单详情页)".

How to use the e-card?

- Follow official "Ai Wen Yi (爱文亿)" WeChat account

- Click on "Ticket Redemption (票券兑换)"

- Verify your phone number and log in

- Click on "Add Ticket (添加票券)" for physical cards containing a password or to obtain the password online, or click on "Bind (绑定)" at the bottom left of the e-card for phone-bound cards.

- Bind real-name information (cannot be changed after binding)

- Make a reservation at least one day in advance

- Present your original valid ID for verification upon entry (You cannot enter venues if you have not completed the processes mentioned above).

User Guidelines:

- This e-card is only for personal use by the registered card holder.

- Reservations cannot be made outside the card's validity period and will be void if expired.

- Some attractions within the validity period may have restrictions on months, dates, or times. Show schedules are subject to updates; refer to the Ai Wen Yi (爱文亿) platform for the latest information.

- Once activated, the e-card cannot be transferred, exchanged, extended, or refunded unless otherwise required by law.

- The ticket does not include insurance; it is recommended that the ticket holder purchase insurance when venturing out for activities.
