The Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture and Tourism announced the star-rated rural homestays in Shanghai for 2024 on Nov 19. Listed below are the 15 five-star rural homestays.

 

Château De MILA (米拉夏朵度假民宿)

Inspired by Casa Milà, a masterpiece by Spanish architect Antoni Gaudí and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Château De MILA features a mix of organic and asymmetrical styles in its design.

Located within the conservation forest of Zhuanghang Country Park, the Nine Houses Moored in the Woods homestay combines Nordic, Southeast Asian, and Japanese wabi-sabi styles. It offers RV camping, barbecue, and various activities.
