Shanghai's Changning district is set to dazzle with a myriad of consumer events during the Shanghai International Consumption Season.

Over 150 brands will participate in nearly 100 activities spanning 54 venues across the district. From family-friendly fun to tech showcases, cultural experiences, and more, Changning promises something for everyone.

Event: Blue Man Group show

Time: Starting from July 18

The Blue Man Group show will have a limited-time residency at Shanghai's ROJO Art and Culture Space. The show is scheduled to run for over a year, with ticket sales for July performances now open. Tickets can be purchased through the Live Nation WeChat mini-program, as well as platforms such as Damai, Maoyan, Piaoxingqiu, and Ctrip.

 

Longzhimeng City Life Center

Event: Offline exhibition of Duckyo Friends' seventh anniversary

Time: July 19 to Aug 30

Top Chinese IP character Duckyo Friends's first exhibition is set to land at the Longzhimeng City Life Center. It will feature fun and visually appealing check-in spots and pop-up shops that offer limited edition merchandise and goodies.

Event 2: Broadway rock musical Murder Ballad

The rock musical Murder Ballad is currently making the most of its limited-time residency at The Bell Tower Performance Space in Raffles City Changning, transforming the century-old bell tower into an immersive and interactive theater space. This show offers citizens an experience that breaks traditional theater boundaries.

 

Yuyuan Road

Event: Van Cleef & Arpels's Perlée experiential space (Limited-time)

Time: Until July 21

Address: somthin'else cafe, No 1208 Yuyuan Road

The limited-time Perlée experiential space, created by luxury jewelry brand Van Cleef & Arpels in collaboration with French artist Arthur Hoffner, was unveiled on Yuyuan Road in Shanghai and will be ongoing until July 21. This space is designed to showcase and interpret Van Cleef & Arpels's elegant Perlée collection, which first launched in 2008.
