Change of registration of permanent representative offices of foreign (regional) enterprises
For the change of registration of permanent representative offices of foreign (regional) enterprises, the following documents are to be prepared and submitted:
Application Materials
1. Application form for permanent representative offices of foreign (regional) enterprise registration (filing) (mandatory);
2. For changes to the representative office name, documents of the foreign (regional) enterprise's legitimate business certificates (existing for a minimum of 2 years) and a bank reference demonstrating the financial credibility of the foreign (regional) enterprise issued by a financial institution shall be submitted (non-mandatory);
3. For changes in the address of the permanent representative offices of foreign (regional) enterprises, relevant documents concerning the lawful usage of the new location shall be submitted (non-mandatory);
4. For changes in the chief representative or representative filing, complete the information form for the (chief) representative of the permanent representative offices of the foreign (regional) enterprise. Additionally, the appointment/dismissal documents for the (chief) representative, along with the identification and resume of the newly appointed (chief) representative (mandatory);
5. For changes of residency term, a copy of the foreign (regional) enterprise's legitimate business certificate (existing for a minimum of 2 years) and a creditworthiness certificate shall be submitted (non-mandatory);
6. For changes of foreign (regional) enterprise name or address, a certificate of permission for the change of name or address issued by the legal registration authority of the country or region where the foreign (regional) enterprise is located (non-mandatory);
7. For filing an authorized signatory for foreign (regional) enterprises, the authorization of documents issued by the foreign (regional) enterprise for the authorized signatory shall be submitted (non-mandatory);
8. For submitting changes in the legal form, capital (assets), and business scope of foreign (regional) enterprises, documentation demonstrating these alterations shall be submitted (non-mandatory);
9. Approval documents from the approving authority (non-mandatory);
10. For registration changes, submit the registration certificate; for filing changes, submit a copy of the registration certificate. For a change in chief representative or representative filing, the representative certificate must also be submitted (mandatory).

(1) If the review results fail to meet the criteria, the application will be rejected, and the applicant will be informed of the materials requiring correction.
(2) If the review results meet the requirements, the application will be accepted and approved (processed on the spot), the documents will be delivered (to be collected within 10 days), and the decision will be made public.
