Water
Water prices are approved and released by government departments. Should there be any changes, the company will notify the public in advance through customer notices or other channels, and adjustments will be disclosed on the official website under the heading "Notice – Water Price Information". Specifics regarding water prices can be found in the bill payment notice.

Notes:
1. Amount Payable = Water Supply Fee + Sewage Treatment Fee, Water Supply Fee = Water Usage × Unit Price, Sewage Treatment Fee = Water Usage × Sewage Treatment Rate × 0.9
2. If the charging standard of bathing (including foot bathing) is 60 RMB/person or below, the water price should be 14.29 RMB/m3. If it is more than 60 RMB/person, the water price should be 19.04 RMB/m3. Public bathhouses adopt non-household water price standards.
3. Water consumption of a golf course refers to its irrigation and maintenance. It does not include the water used for ancillary facilities such as clubhouse and catering, which should implement the non-household water price standards.
4. Water Prices for government departments take effect from 2024.

Water used in schools, social welfare institutions such as nursing homes and disabled homes, religious institutions, houses for community work and residents’ public welfare service facilities is charged at the total price of 4.32 RMB/m3. Total price (4.32 RMB/m3) = Water Supply Price (2.52 RMB/m3) + Sewage Treatment Rate (2.00 RMB/m3) × 0.9.
3. Consumers with a shared water meter are temporarily charged at the Tier-1 level.
4. Households with 5 or more members will be given an additional 100 m3 of basic annual household usage. Households with 7 or more members can choose to be charged at the total price of 4.32 RMB/m3. Total price (4.32 RMB/m3) = Water Supply Price (2.52 RMB/m3) + Sewage Treatment Rate (2.00 RMB/m3) × 0.9.
