There will be 12 musical pieces to showcase the enduring charm, aesthetic characteristics, and cultural connotations of Jiangnan Sizhu, the traditional Chinese chamber music ensemble made up of string (silk) and wind (bamboo) instruments in the Yangtze River region. The Xunfeng Music Society will present a harmonious and resonant rhythm, combining traditional Chinese music with poetry and employing various playing techniques, offering a unique and elegant performance.

Zi De Guqin Studio's Jiangnan Music Collection

The Zi De Guqin Studio was formed by a group of young artists promoting traditional Chinese music and has over half a million followers on social media platforms. The artists from the studio will perform for the first time at the YOUNG Theater on April 13 and 14, showcasing Chinese music collections themed around the characteristics of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) and the Jiangnan region south of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River.
