Scheduled to be held from June 11 to 13, the 11th China (Shanghai) International Technology Fair (CSITF) has unveiled the first batch of 18 sideline activities, including technical promotions, project matchmaking, and industry seminars.

This year's CSITF, featuring the theme "Open Cooperation: Empowering New Productive Forces and Sustainable Development", will host nearly 60 sideline activities.

Glasgow Enterprise Technology Promotion Meeting

Scheduled for the afternoon of June 11, the meeting will focus on frontier technologies and facilitate matching between Chinese and British enterprises, fostering technological and economic collaboration between Shanghai and Glasgow.

UNIDO Leaders Annual Meeting on Global Network of Investment and Technology Promotion (invitees only)

Set for June 10 at the office of UNIDO ITPO Shanghai and the afternoon of June 11 at Meeting Room 3 of the World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, this year marks the meeting's Shanghai debut. It will explore international cooperation and emerging industrial technology trends.

20th Global Tech Network & 2025 Plug and Play China Summer Summit

Taking place on June 11 and 12 in the Plug and Play exhibition area of Hall 2 at the World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, this event marks Plug and Play China's first appearance at CSITF. A 400-square-meter showcase will feature technical roadshows and displays of over 20 international innovation projects in areas such as AI, synthetic biology, and green energy.

International Technology Transfer Ecosystem Seminar

Held on the afternoon of June 11 at Meeting Room 5 of the World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, this seminar will discuss the best practices of Steinbeis' internet technology transfer and the "European model" of German innovation ecosystem, in order to offer professional services for Chinese firms expanding globally.

2025 China (Shanghai) International Technical Cooperation Conference

Scheduled for the afternoon of June 11 at Meeting Room 2 of the World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, this conference will center on global technical innovation and cooperation, tech innovation matchmaking and international cooperation to support the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.

The 5th Shanghai Global Talents Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition Mid-Year Roadshow

On the morning of June 12, in the Central Hall on the first floor of the World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, this event will showcase selected projects from the competition, offering on-site technical roadshows and matchmaking for globally competitive projects.

Cryptography Application and Innovation Development Conference

Scheduled for the morning of June 12 in the Meeting Room of Hall 2 at the World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center, this conference will feature speeches, forums, and roadshows, emphasizing cryptography's role in providing security services to the implementation of national strategies.
