As a gentle spring breeze dances through the lush ecological green belt of Shanghai's Changning district, a spectacular floral extravaganza is unveiled.

For avid cyclists, the Changning Outer Ring Ecological Greenway is a good choice. This fully enclosed route not only meets the requirements of professional racing but also boasts nine distinctive bridges and 24 unique scenic spots along its path.

Whether starting from North Guangshun Road or Konggang Road Number Eight, cyclists are treated to a journey that encompasses several attractions, each presenting unique scenery.

To make things easier for residents and visitors, the greenway provides a convenient bike-sharing service. With just a quick scan with their smartphone, individuals can embark on an exciting cycling adventure.

 

Four entrances:

North Guangshun Road entrance (opposite Linkong Music Park)

How to get there: Take bus Xinjing Line 1 to North Guangshun Road Linxin Road Station or bus No 74 to North Fuquan Road Linxin Road Station.

Parking: Underground parking lot at No 592 North Guangshun Road, Linkong No 1 Park, or roadside parking spots.

Open: 6:30 am – 8:30 pm (last entry 30 minutes before closing).

 

Quankou Road entrance

Location: West side of the passage at No 88 Guangshun Road.

How to get there: Take bus No 750 or No 54 to Guangshun Road Dingwei Road Station.

Open: 6:30 am – 5:30 pm (last entry 30 minutes before closing).

 

Kele Road West Xianxia Road entrance

How to get there: Take bus No 141, No 176, or No 1221 to West Xianxia Road Beixiang Road Station or bus No 941 to Yingle Road West Xianxia Road Station.

Parking: Southwest gate of Xinjing Jiayuan Residential Compound.

Open: 6:30 am – 8:30 pm (last entry 30 minutes before closing).

 

Konggang Road Number Eight entrance

How to get there: Take Metro Line 10 to Hongqiao Terminal 1 Station, then bus No 941 to Youle Road Yingbin Road Number One Station or bus No 88 to Jinbang Road Fuquan Road Station.

Parking: Underground parking lot at No 299 Youle Road, East Hongqiao Center.

Open: 6:30 am – 8:30 pm (last entry 30 minutes before closing).
