1. The inter-provincial transfer of an accountant's registration information is handled online. For more specific requirements and steps, please refer to Shanghai's accountant information system and find the Operating Tips section.

2. To transfer an accountant's registration information to Shanghai, they must correctly select the financial authority in Shanghai. When they want to transfer their registration information out of Shanghai, accountants must correctly select the financial authority in their new destination.

3. When accountants transfer their registration information into and out of Shanghai, those who have an employer must upload proof of change of workplace, which shall be stamped with the official seal of the employer (download the template), those who do not have any employer and are not students must upload a household registration certificate or residence permit, while current students should upload a student certificate.

4. Accountants who have registered and paid for continuing education in Shanghai during the current year cannot transfer out their registration information.

5. If any registration information needs to be changed after it is transferred to Shanghai, the change shall be handled through the "Information Collection" (信息采集) module of Shanghai's accountant information system in accordance with relevant provisions of SMFB's Circular [2019] No 20.
