1. Under the localization principle of information collection for accountants in Shanghai, the information of accountants employed by enterprises or other organizations shall be collected and registered by the financial authority in the area where the employers pay taxes. If any changes occur to the employer's tax registration location, accountants cannot change the "area of jurisdiction" online. In this case, registration transfer must be handled before any change is made to the accountant's information.

2. Currently, for the purpose of registration transfer within Shanghai, accountants need to bring relevant documents (normally their valid identification document, employer's tax registration certificate or "three-in-one" business license, and their proof of employment, etc.) to the local financial authority, which handles such affairs.
