Explore China's first park of Shanghai Animation Film Studio classics
China's first immersive children's educational park centered around classic animations from the Shanghai Animation Film Studio opened on June 1 at Global Harbor in Putuo district.
Spanning 3,000 square meters, this immersive space leverages technology to enhance games and original designs, bringing to life 10 classic animations from the Shanghai Animation Film Studio, such as The Monkey King, Nezha Conquers the Dragon King, and Mr. Black. Families can enjoy playing alongside beloved characters from these classic animations, exploring over 40 different scenes.
In addition to the immersive environments, the park offers unique features that enhance the visitor experience, including complimentary costumes of famous characters and various role-playing zones where kids can experience activities like car washing and shopping.
In the Effendi-themed area, AI technology has been integrated into a sandbox game, where participants must dig for treasure in the dunes based on screen prompts to help Effendi battle villains.
The park not only captivates children with its interactive elements but also evokes nostalgia for those born in the 1980s and '90s, making it a place where different generations can connect over shared cultural memories.
