Shanghai museum launches immersive slime exhibition in Minhang
Shanghai Powerlong Museum launched the city's first museum-based immersive slime exhibition on Oct 1, moving beyond traditional static viewing with interactive sensory art.
Spanning more than 1,000 square meters, the exhibition "Happy Formula: Slime Sensory Journey" features three themed zones: Factory, Secret Realm, and Co-creation.
Visitors can touch and mix slime, add colors and fragrances, and create custom slime to take home.
The exhibition features more than 30 interactive sensory stations, including special "liquid glass" slime and giant slime-bubble challenges.
In the Secret Realm zone, visitors can explore glowing slimes in dim lighting, creating a luminous sensory experience for both children and adults.
According to the organizers, the slime materials comply with relevant CCC, CE, and CPC requirements.
