The 2024 Michelin Guide Food Festival will take place at HKRI Taikoo Hui from Sept 30 to Oct 3.

A total of 16 Michelin-starred restaurants from Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, and Chengdu will showcase their culinary excellence, including four three-star restaurants, eight one-star restaurants, and four Bib Gourmand and Michelin-recommended establishments. Featured favorites from the previous festival, such as Taian Table, King's Joy, and Le Comptoir de Pierre Gagnaire, will be joined by newcomers like EHB, Mercado 505, and Wisca (Haizhu).

This year's festival will also highlight a special dinner crafted by two Michelin-starred chefs from Asia: Chef Riley Sanders from the Michelin one-star Canvas in Bangkok and Chef Raymond Tham from the Michelin one-star Beta in Malaysia.

Alongside savoring delectable cuisine, guests can enjoy a range of exciting activities. A padel tennis court will be open with professional coaches offering live instruction, blending gourmet experiences with fitness.
