As Spring Festival nears, Jinshan district has launched the "Celebrate Chinese New Year in Jinshan Ancient Town" series, which includes a variety of cultural activities and tourism events. From traditional performances to local cuisine, it promises an immersive adventure into the heart of Chinese culture.

 

Fengjing Ancient Town

Fengjing, a 4A-rated national tourist site, offers a fascinating blend of history and culture, having been home to many celebrated scholars and artists. The town's traditional architecture, serene waterways, and festive atmosphere make it an ideal destination to experience Spring Festival.

New Year Lanterns Display

As dusk settles, the streets of Fengjing come alive with a breathtaking display of lanterns celebrating the Year of the Snake. The vibrant lights, coupled with laser effects and soft music, create a magical atmosphere.

New Year Market

Stroll through a bustling New Year market, where traditional crafts like paper cutting and peasant painting are demonstrated by local artisans. You can also try your hand at woodblock printing and lantern-making, adding an interactive element to your visit.
