Located in Fangxia village, Zhaoxiang town, Qingpu district, Mo Farm is a natural family destination themed around mushroom culture. It features dense forests, expansive rice fields, fertile vegetable gardens, and enchanting mushroom groves. Having officially opened to the public in April, the farm serves as both a classroom and a playground, offering a variety of exciting exploration opportunities for families.

  • Mushroom Kingdom Museum: Professional guides unveil the mysteries of mushroom origins and development, explaining the dual role of mushrooms as both medicine and food from a scientific perspective and teaching people how to correctly identify poisonous mushrooms.
  • Mo Farm plantation: Using an ecological recycling model, mushroom stalk waste is converted into organic fertilizer, achieving zero-pollution cultivation. Visitors can pick mushrooms, feed animals up close, and participate in mushroom pizza-making and cookie-making classes.
  • Handicraft workshop: Use your imagination to create unique mushroom-themed bouquets with dried flowers and mushrooms, or dye mushroom stems to create distinctive art pieces. Families can also take home mushroom stalks to witness the magical growth process of mushrooms firsthand.

The "Plant City Adventure" event at the Greenhouse Garden in Shanghai Expo Culture Park will be held from May 31 to June 2. The event is divided into two parts:

  • Stamp collecting: Participants will receive a set of cards with images on them. By identifying plant characteristics from the images and observing different plants, they complete scientific tasks. Collecting stamps from nine plants allows them to exchange them for a Greenhouse Garden stamp set and take a "little scientist" photo to document their adventure.
  • Check-in activities: Display creativity through stone graffiti, make bookmarks with dried flowers, observe the miracles of microbial life, excavate insect fossils, and participate in games to win prizes. Each activity offers children opportunities to explore nature and science.
