Step into a world of cinematic wonder at the upgraded Huanghe Road area of Shanghai Film Park, which opened its doors to the public on June 28, kicking off the four-week Night Tour Season.
From dawn till dusk, the newly revealed Huanghe Road invites you to wander through iconic film sets, each corner whispering tales of the city's storied past. As night falls, embrace the area as it transforms into a neon-lit metropolis that never sleeps.
Retro delights and hidden surprises
Every nook and cranny is a treasure trove of retro delights: capture timeless moments with nostalgic photos, relive the thrill of classic arcade games, engage in spirited billiards matches, savor culinary delights, and shop for one-of-a-kind film merchandise.
Thematic journey through culture and time
Launching alongside the area is the 2025 Night Tour Season, which offers a new theme each week.
The first week's festivities will last from June 28 to July 6, celebrating the rich heritage of the Miao ethnic group. Delight in traditional welcoming dances, marvel at grand parades, and partake in interactive bamboo pole dances. The evening's grand finale is a thrilling water-splashing battle led by Miao maidens.
The adventure continues with a Yi ethnic group bonfire carnival in the second week, an immersive old-style water play mission in the third, and a nostalgic journey through classic animations in the fourth week.

Starting June 28, Shanghai Film Park is open to the public from 8:30 am to 9 pm, with the Huanghe Road area open all day. Night-themed activities light up the evening from 4 pm to 9 pm.
