The 24th China Shanghai International Arts Festival will take place from Oct 17 to Nov 27, offering a cultural feast with more than 500 events and over 1,200 performances across eight dynamic sections.

Among the 129 major performances, nearly 60 percent are international productions, with almost 90 percent making their Shanghai debut.

Featuring premieres, resident performances, and showcases, the festival has established itself as a world-class event, renowned for its high-quality productions and diverse participation from prestigious global ensembles and institutions.

Multiple rounds of discount ticket sales are available on the official "艺荟101" mini program, searchable by name in WeChat or Alipay.

The current round, running from Oct 9 to 11, features 13 productions with 28 performances at an average half-price discount. Highlights include the highly sought-after Mahler Symphonies Cycle, Alan Gilbert, Joshua Bell, NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra, and the Shaanxi People's Art Theatre's acclaimed drama White Deer Plain. Major events also include a concert by Daniele Gatti, Liu Xiaoyu, and the Staatskapelle Dresden, the Stuttgart Ballet's celebrated Romeo and Juliet, and the National Theatre of China's Morts Sans Sepulture.

A further round of discounted tickets will be available in late October, making it even easier to enjoy these world-class performances. Scan the QR code below to purchase tickets.

• Discount tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and do not allow seat selection.
