To initiate this process, they are required to submit the "Application Form for Basic Information Registration of Domestic Direct Investment" (《境内直接投资基本信息登记业务申请表》), along with documents such as the organizational code certificate, a copy of their business license, the certificate of approval for the establishment of a foreign-invested enterprise, or relevant approval documents from the competent authorities (excluding those not required to be submitted as stipulated).
