General ticket sales for the 2026 Rolex Shanghai Masters will open at noon on July 30. The ATP Masters 1000 tournament will be held from Oct 5 to 18 at the Qizhong Tennis Center in Shanghai's Minhang district.

The Masters Carnival will run from Oct 1 to 4, offering visitors an early taste of the tournament before qualifying begins on Oct 5.

More than match play

During the Masters Carnival, visitors can shop for tournament-exclusive merchandise, watch star players train, visit a tennis-themed museum, and explore interactive booths, food and beverage stalls, and other entertainment.

The pet-friendly ACE area, introduced last year, will return with dedicated spaces where visitors and their pets can relax, socialize, and connect.

After all scheduled matches on Oct 16 have concluded, Roger Federer, a longtime friend of the tournament, will return to Center Court for a special legends' doubles match. The other featured players will be announced later.

Key dates and match schedule

• Oct 1-4: Masters Carnival

• Oct 7: Singles main draw begins
• Oct 9: Doubles competition begins
• Oct 18: Singles and doubles finals, with play beginning at 2 pm

From Oct 7 to 14, day sessions begin at noon, and evening sessions start no earlier than 6 pm. The schedule and round details are subject to change.

Ticket types and prices

A range of ticket products will be available to meet different needs, including options that combine match tickets with direct transportation to the venue, family experiences, opportunities to see players up close, and visits to other Shanghai attractions.

Prices vary by date, session, and seating category. Center Court tickets range from 60 yuan to 1,920 yuan (about $9 to $284).

Center Court has four seating categories — S, A+, A, and B — with Category S closest to the court.

Advance Access presale

For the first time, the tournament is offering Advance Access, a paid option that grants holders early entry to the ticketing channel.

Advance Access became available at noon on July 23 for a limited period, enabling holders to buy tickets for any session and seating category from noon to 6 pm on July 29 before the start of general sales.

Fans who purchased any ticket or ticket product for the Ace the New Year & One-Point-Win Tournament 2026 before 2 pm on Jan. 30 are also eligible for the July 29 presale and do not need to purchase Advance Access separately. They should log in to the Juss Sports app using the same account used for the earlier purchase.
