Attention accredited enterprises, don't forget your annual report!
Having been accredited as a high-tech enterprise, the enterprise concerned is required to submit an Annual Development Status Report by the end of every May. The content of this report shall cover intellectual properties, scientific and technological personnel, research and development expenses, and operating revenue of the previous year, and must be submitted through the National High and New Technology Enterprise Accreditation and Management Network.
Failing to submit the report within the specified deadline for two consecutive years during the validity of the high-tech enterprise qualification will result in the revocation of the high-tech enterprise qualification and the revocation will be publicly announced on the National High and New Technology Enterprise Accreditation and Management Network.
The accreditation authorities in charge shall remind and supervise enterprises to submit the Annual Development Status Report in a timely manner and assist them in addressing problems therewith.
