The 38th annual meeting of the International Business Leaders' Advisory Council (IBLAC) for the Mayor of Shanghai will be held on Oct 10 and 11. Vale S.A. chairman Manuel Lino Silva de Sousa Oliveira stated that companies need more than algorithms to embrace AI, adding that they need strong data foundations, effective governance, responsible use, robust cybersecurity, continuous talent development, and a culture that encourages experimentation with accountability.
