East China's Shanghai has made big strides to optimize its intellectual property services – introducing a coordinated approach to roll out municipal IP public service stations.

In fact, Shanghai became the first city in China in April last year to fully integrate IP public service windows across all its municipal government service centers. The initiative has made IP public services more accessible and convenient for both businesses and the public.
