The account features a fully English interface and content, including practical information such as medical service guides, center profiles, and health education materials. Patients can access pre-consultation information through the account, while bilingual guidance and English-speaking doctors during visits make community healthcare more accessible and barrier-free.

The account also regularly publishes bilingual health education content, covering topics such as prevention and treatment of common diseases, traditional Chinese medicine wellness tips, and maternal and child health.

It provides timely updates on vaccination schedules and infectious disease prevention measures, along with tailored health advice aligned with seasonal changes and epidemiological trends.
