The Pujiang Innovation Forum established in 2008 is a high-level international forum co-hosted by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government.

As an important part of the forum, the 2024 Global Entrepreneurship and Investment Conference – also known as WeStart – will be held at the Zhangjiang Science Hall in Shanghai on Sept 7-9.

From the perspectives of entrepreneurship and investment, the conference will feature what is known as a "1+N venture capital carnival".

It will be a venture capital event for what its organizers call "finding capital for projects and projects for capital" through venture capital forums, roadshow marathons, investment institutions or project exhibition areas, among other things.
