An integrated human resources service platform from Shanghai made its second appearance at the China International Import Expo on Nov 6, bringing its innovative solutions to the global stage.

Visitors can find the booth in the Trade in Services zone A3-05, 8.2 Hall, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center. 

The platform leverages digital technology to connect the supply and demand in HR services, aiming to create a one-stop platform that gathers global talent.

"At last year's CIIE, the HR companies operated independently with separate booth. But this year, 10 of us have joined forces to pool resources and offer an integrated solution for global HR services," said Du Yunhua, general manager of a HR company.

"We provide services across a wide range of areas, from strategy and recruitment to overseas HR planning and support. Each company focuses on a specific area, and we work in close coordination with one another."

At this year's CIIE, HQTP will host 26 presentations and product launch events. These sessions will address topics such as the pain points and challenges of HR outsourcing for Chinese companies, SaaS-based employee benefits management and service, and HR challenges and solutions for Chinese companies expanding internationally.

HQTP is a special brand developed by the China Shanghai Human Resource Service Industrial Zone Hongqiao Park. The park currently hosts 260 HR companies and has organized over 50 professional events for the HR industry. It has facilitated more than 200 supply and demand connections. Collectively, companies in the park have served over 10,000 employers and provided comprehensive HR services to more than 1 million people. So far, the park has generated over 700 million yuan ($97.79 million) in tax revenue, and more than 15 billion yuan in total revenue.
