The Grand Neobay @ Shanghai Startup City talent service hub aims to establish an ecosystem that seamlessly integrates research and development, incubation, investment and talent.

It leverages local universities, research institutes and technology and innovation hubs to realize this vision.

The other talent hub unveiled is the upgraded International Hyper Link Talent Space located in Hongqiao International Opening-up Hub, which aims to deepen reform and coordinate development across the Yangtze River Delta region. The talent space is designed as a first-stop service platform for international innovative talents.

Its goal is to strengthen the talent service capabilities of the Yangtze River Delta and to attract top talents from around the world.

During the conference, 12 companies in Minhang district were recognized as the first batch of postdoctoral innovation practice bases. The district plans to expand this number to 100 companies within the next three years.

In May, Minhang became the first district in Shanghai to establish a high-level talent innovation and entrepreneurship service center. It also launched the Chunshen Talent Pyramid College, which aims to become a world-class development platform for science and technology talents.
