Xicen International Talent Hub opens in Qingpu district
Xicen International Talent Hub is set to become a key one-stop service center for talent in Qingpu district, offering comprehensive support for enterprises and professionals.
The hub, located at No 4189 Lianxi Highway, was officially launched on March 1 to enhance the district's appeal to global talent.

Designed as a multifunctional service complex, the hub offers talent services, government affairs assistance, immigration document processing, and 24-hour self-service facilities.
With a focus on integrated government services, convenient daily life support, and personalized development assistance, it streamlines processes to help professionals complete tasks efficiently. Services include one-stop handling with minimal travel, remote collaboration for nearby services, and full-process aid without the need for in-person visits.

A key highlight is Shanghai's first integrated photo and application terminal for entry-exit services. Users can scan their ID card, enter application details via touchscreen, take ID photos, and provide signature information. The system then automatically generates the application form. Staff members can review submissions in real time, preventing errors and eliminating unnecessary return visits.
In the 24-hour self-service area, the upgraded police service and residence permit machine allows users to register their residence, renew residence permits, and obtain social security cards at any time. With facial recognition and e-signature technology, residence permit renewal now takes just two minutes.
