Two talent apartment projects launched at North Bund
Shanghai's Hongkou district has launched two talent apartment projects – Ascott North Bund Shanghai and Adoor Apartment – in the heart of the North Bund area.
Ascott North Bund Shanghai is positioned for the high-end market, offering 120 fully furnished apartments ranging from 83 to 168 square meters.
Each apartment is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, high-quality home entertainment system and modern household appliances. On-site amenities include a children's playroom, a heated swimming pool, a multifunctional meeting room, an all-day dining restaurant, a golf simulator room, gym and yoga studio.
Meanwhile, Adoor Apartment features 211 units in studios, with one and two-bedroom units on offer. Rents are eligible for payment using housing provident funds.
Designed to blend personal privacy with community engagement, Adoor focuses on fostering interaction and social connectivity among young professionals. It's open to white-collar workers employed in Shanghai who do not own property in the city's central districts.
Located just 300 meters from Metro Line 12 and within a five-minute walk of the North Bund waterfront, the Adoor Apartment is equipped with fitness zones, a shared lounge and co-working spaces, game and leisure areas and a self-service laundry room.
