"Intelligent Xiaoxian" integrates comprehensive datasets including local talent policies, administrative procedures, and frequently asked questions.

Through multi-turn dialogues, it accurately identifies users' needs and provides step-by-step assistance, achieving an impressive 90 percent accuracy rate in intent recognition.

The system adopts a "consultation + guided processing" model, enabling users to smoothly complete the entire process, from inquiry to application.

To better serve international users, "Intelligent Xiaoxian" supports real-time interaction in five languages: Chinese, English, Russian, French, and Japanese.

Online inquiries are now answered within 10 seconds, providing uninterrupted service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Users can reach "Intelligent Xiaoxian" via the "Suishenban" app, Shanghai's official one-stop platform for public services.
