The Start Up Elite Entrepreneurship Camp will be held from Sept 23 to 25 at Shanghai Ocean University.

The camp aims to select high-potential startup projects through a three-day intensive training program, enabling them to enter follow-up closed-door investor meetings and facilitating the transition from entrepreneurial training to funding.

Program features:

1. Discover cutting-edge scientific and innovative projects while supporting talent development

2. Promote multi-party interaction and create diverse matchmaking platforms

3. Focus on the integration of cutting-edge technology and entrepreneurial practice, and strengthen the mentorship system

4. Support the implementation of innovation projects and improve full-cycle services

In 2024, the camp received 224 applications from young entrepreneurs worldwide, with 80 participants selected. Among them, 15.63 percent were from international universities.

Registration for the 2025 camp is now open.

To leverage Shanghai's strengths as a global hub for talent, this year's camp welcomes young entrepreneurs from around the world.

Program arrangements

Phase 1: Three-day intensive training. A total of 80 participants will be selected after the screening session.

Phase 2: One-day closed-door review. A total of 30 participants will be selected for the evaluation session.

The Shanghai Technology Entrepreneurship Foundation for Graduates will organize the EFG Angel Fund "Express Pass" project review. Eligible participants can skip the preliminary review and move directly to the re-evaluation stage.

Phase 3: EFG Angel Fund application

Eligible applicants may receive up to 500,000 yuan (about $70,200) in funding through the Eagle Plan, interest-free and collateral-free.
