The Shanghai Xuhui International Talent Hub, located at Vanke Center in Xuhui district, has seen a steady rise in visitors since its comprehensive upgrade in 2024.

Situated near the Shanghai South Railway Station, the hub is surrounded by approximately 100,000 square meters of office and commercial space, talent apartments, and high-end hotels, creating a vibrant ecosystem for innovation and exchange.

Working in collaboration with the Xuhui District Government Service Center, the hub connects physical spaces with business services to provide full-life cycle support for both employers and young professionals.

Focusing on service integration, the hub targets three key sectors: human resources services, high-level talents, and overseas talents. Its flagship store service center combines 116 service items and 38 partners, delivering seven industry-chain solutions that address strategy, capability development, and talent management. Since opening, it has served 725 enterprises and assisted 7,924 individuals.

The hub spans seven floors. The second-floor Health Center offers professional medical services, while the third-floor Digital Intelligence Center provides big data support. The fifth floor features a shared dining hall with diverse cuisines and a leisure cafe, and the sixth-floor International Talent Salon includes more than 30 meeting rooms for exchange and collaboration.

The seventh-floor High-Level Talent Home has been upgraded with three functional areas: exhibition, service, and activity. The exhibition zone offers a one-stop, immersive display of Shanghai's talent initiatives, including a cloud audio-visual area for online policy broadcasts. The service zone offers on-site consultations by more than 10 specialists, while the activity zone hosts meetings and community events.

By integrating resources and upgrading its functions, the hub has introduced specialized enterprise-oriented services such as policy promotion and centralized recruitment. It has also attracted 20 new human resources service institutions, generating a combined annual revenue of more than 6.5 billion yuan ($912 million).

The surrounding area now hosts over 50 human resources service institutions, including CIIC, X-Giants, JOYOHR, and SmartDeer, alongside well-known enterprises like Xiaomi.

With the Xuhui International Talent Hub as a flagship project, Xuhui district is focusing on frontier fields such as artificial intelligence and next-generation services to strengthen its global appeal to top talent.
