The 19th Global Entrepreneurship Week China is taking place at Fuxing Island Shipyard Park from Nov 18 to 22. The event is hosted by the Shanghai Technology Entrepreneurship Foundation for Graduates, with support from municipal committees, bureaus, and the Yangpu district government.

The opening ceremony featured presentations from two outstanding "Eagle Plan" enterprises and concept-validation projects funded by the foundation. This year's event places particular emphasis on testing early-stage ideas and accelerating the transformation of academic research into market-ready projects, offering young innovators essential support as they turn their research breakthroughs into real-world applications.

The event gathered distinguished professionals from China and abroad to share their insights on technological innovation. Notable speakers include Chu Junhao, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences; Mi Lei, founding partner and Co-CEO of Zhongke Chuangxing; and Paulo Andrez, president emeritus of the European Business Angels Network.

This year's edition invites innovators and entrepreneurs from all around the world to take part in a thought-provoking program and explore new directions for the future.
