Shanghai's Hongkou district has launched its new location of the Hongkou District Government Service Center at No 59 Sanhe Road.

A key feature of the center is the newly established one-stop comprehensive service window for domestic and international talents, marking the extension of the district's talent service ecosystem. It provides comprehensive talent services, encompassing residence and household registration, talent recruitment, innovation and entrepreneurship support, youth housing assistance, policy interpretation, career development, and daily life guarantees.

Three dedicated windows, Domestic and International Talent Services, High-Level Talent Services, and Entry-Exit Services, operate concurrently with the center to handle various talent-related matters and provide consultation on public security administrative services.

In addition to professional specialists, the center implements a customized service mechanism of "one policy per person and per enterprise". The package offers services that include policy matching, document guidance, and comprehensive process assistance with progress tracking for professionals in Hongkou's key industries, such as shipping, finance, biotechnology, and green initiatives, thereby making procedures more convenient and efficient.

The center offers a range of functions across dedicated spaces. To better serve enterprises, talent specialists provide one-on-one remote video assistance for businesses in the first-floor enterprise service meeting rooms. In the future, the fourth-floor business meeting rooms will host talent negotiations, corporate consultation receptions, and other activities. The multi-functional meeting rooms will also be used for talent policy briefings, high-level talent events, recruitment matchmaking sessions for key enterprises, and integration activities for expats.

The center will collaborate with the North Bund Talent Salon, the "Qi Ming Xing" Talent Service Station in the Ruihong commercial circle, service centers in various subdistricts, talent apartments, and talent service stations to form an integrated talent service network.

The windows feature multi-language service guides, with overseas talent volunteers providing reception services to assist international professionals to integrate seamlessly into local life.

Moving forward, the center will continue to upgrade its services and optimize its talent service system, positioning itself as a globally influential hub for top talent pursuing innovation and entrepreneurship.
