WAICA 2026 calls for papers from AI researchers worldwide
Since its inception in 2018, the World Artificial Intelligence Conference (WAIC) has grown into one of the largest and highest-level industry events in the global AI landscape.
To build an academic platform for in-depth exchange alongside industry exhibitions and business exchanges, WAIC‑Academic 2026 (WAICA 2026), an international academic conference built on WAIC, is set to take place in Shanghai at the end of July 2026. The conference is now accepting high-quality paper submissions.
The conference brings together leading academic experts and is jointly hosted by the WAIC Organizing Committee, Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, and the China Computer Federation.

Submission format:
Traditional PDF submissions are accepted, and authors may embed audio, video, and 3D animations in their PDF submissions.
The conference also offers a range of incentives, such as WAIC full‑access passes, outstanding paper awards, research project support, industry scholarships, and student travel grants to support research implementation and academic advancement.
