I. Check‑in and competition schedule

1. Check‑in: 10 am to 12:30 pm

2. Competition: 1 pm to 4:30 pm

II. Presentation rooms and waiting areas

III. Important notes

1. Participants must enter the university through the North Gate at No 2360 Jinhai Road, Pudong New Area, and present a valid resident ID card upon entry. After entering, turn right at the first intersection to reach the Academic Exchange Center in Building 19.

2. Staff members will verify participants' valid resident ID cards, and a draw will determine the order of presentations.

3. Presentation requirements: Participating teams will present their projects in the order drawn, followed by a Q&A session with experts, during which evaluations will take place. Each project is allotted five minutes for presentation and three minutes for Q&A. Judges will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the project proposals, presentation slides, and the teams' responses.
